The Business Manager will play a high-impact role at the centre of the European CEO Office, helping translate strategic priorities into clear action and ensuring the CEO, European Leadership Team (ELT) and key Group stakeholders are aligned on the most important business priorities. The role reports to the Chief of Strategy and will work closely with the European CEO, ELT and senior leaders across the business. Support the CEO in the effective running of the CEO Office, ensuring priorities, decisions and actions are well structured, followed through and aligned to the European business agenda. Partner closely with the Chief of Strategy to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, governance routines, deliverables and progress tracking. Own and coordinate the CEO's operating rhythm, including ELT meetings, leadership forums, business reviews and key governance touchpoints. Prepare high-quality briefing materials for key CEO meetings, ensuring discussions are focused, decision-oriented and supported by clear follow-up. Track delivery of CEO and ELT priorities, ensuring actions are progressed, risks and dependencies are surfaced, and momentum is maintained across the business. Support the development of annual business plans, strategic priorities and CEO or Board updates in partnership with the Chief of Strategy and relevant business leads. Lead selected strategic and operational projects on behalf of the CEO Office, bringing structure, pace and clarity to cross-functional work. Act as a key coordination point between the CEO, Chief of Strategy, ELT members and Group stakeholders to support effective information flow and alignment. Help shape clear, consistent and compelling communications from the CEO Office, including leadership updates, internal cascades and materials for major employee engagement events. Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the CEO's annual calendar, leadership forums and communication cadence are aligned to business priorities.
