Organizing and coordinating daily office operations Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners Coordinating meetings and appointments, including preparation and follow-up Supporting teams and management with administrative and organizational tasks Planning and booking business trips, including expense administration Ordering and managing office supplies and maintaining office infrastructure Coordinating external service providers (e.g. cleaning, IT, maintenance) Supporting internal events, workshops, and agency-wide activities Maintaining lists, databases, and internal overviews Contributing to the continuous improvement of office processes and internal workflows
